Welcome to Core Rhythms: You Gotta Try This

Who loves to exercise? I do but it has to offer successful results and be fun at the same time. I thought I found my dream workout when I found Billy Blank’s famous workout, Taibo. This is a fun kickboxing and boxing workout which is excellent for stress. Then I found another workout called The Firm. This workout involves a stair climber (Fanny Lifter) and light weights. I saw results with this workout but it wasn’t enjoyable anymore. I found myself alternating between both Taibo and The Firm just to mix it up and so I wouldn’t get bored.
