Staying Fit During Pregnancy

For all of you that have been pregnant before you of course know the importance of proper diet and exercise during pregnancy.  For some, this may come easy but to others not so much.

I myself have been pregnant 3 times and now have another one on the way.  This came as a shock since we didn’t expect to have another baby and I worked so very hard to achieve all my fitness goals.  I am determined now more than ever to stay fit and healthy during this pregnancy so that I will not have to work so hard to get back to where I want to be.  Here are some tips of which I am currently working on to stay healthy and fit during this pregnancy:
